Banking course for foreigners

We invite foreigners and foreigners from outside the EU for a free banking course on 20.05.2019 at 10.00 AM – 13.00 PM. The meeting will take place in the bank Santander, adress: Krasińskiego 2 Street.

The meeting will be held in Polish. We will meet with a representative of the bank who will answer our questions related to the basics of banking – what offer you can use and how the service at the bank looks like in practice. The number of places is limited: 15. The course is organized as part of the project “You have the right to know!” in which we provide social, psychological, language and integration assistance. The project „You have the right to know!” is co-fincanced by the National Fund for Asylum, Migration and Integration.

Course topics:

  • what factors should be taken into account when creating an account;
  • what documents should be submitted, how to fill them;
  • how not to be fooled;
  • whether foreigners working in Poland have a chance for a mortgage credit;
  • foreign transfer;
  • offer dedicated to foreigners (facilitations, special offers).

It will also be possible to ask individual questions that will help you settle the most important issues in the bank.

You can also take it in information point in Toruń, Legionów 15/1 St. (Mon, Tue, Wed 9.30 AM – 01.30 PM, Thu 10.00 AM – 06.00 PM) or infromation point in Bydgoszcz, Konarskiego in the premises of the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodship Administration, Konarsiego St., 1-3, building C, second floor, room 136 (Mon, Wed, Fri 8.00 AM – 02.00 PM, Tue 12.00-18.00).
