Free Polish language courses - winter semester

What we offer?

We invite you to sign up for free Polish language courses for foreigners and foreigners from outside the EU. Classes will be conducted at different levels: A1, A2, B1 and B2. Group allocation will be determined on the basis of tests that will be conducted during the first lessons. We plan that each group will consist of 16 people. Registration takes place via the online form. The project "You have the right to know!" implemented in partnership with the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship The project meets the needs of foreigners and foreigners living in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship and those who plan to tie their future with our region in the future. The project "You have the right to know!" co-financed by the State Fund for Refugees, Migrants and Integration.

For whom?

Foreigners and foreigners from outside the EU residing in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Duration, place: September 2018 - January 2019 Classes in Toruń will take place at Legionów 15/1 Street, we will inform about the location in Bydgoszcz at the end of August. Classes will be held from 10.00 to 18.00 in Toruń, from 12.00 to 20.00 in Bydgoszcz. The exact schedule of classes for each level will be announced after registration is closed.

Teachers: 

Monica Goszczyńska - doctor of humanities in the field of literary studies, major in Russian philology. She has experience in working with foreigners and foreigners, both with adults and with children since 2009. Russian language teacher. He is a lecturer at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

Aleksandra Szwagrzyk-Dalasińska is a graduate of the Faculty of Polish Studies and Postgraduate Studies in Teaching Polish as a Foreign Language in Toruń, a doctoral student in literary studies. Two-time winner of the August Emil Fildorf "Neil" scholarship. He cooperates with two universities in Bydgoszcz, teaches Polish in primary school. She was an examiner of the state Polish language exam.

Application evaluation criteria:

  • motivation to participate in the course; length of stay in Poland 
  • level of use of the Polish language;
  • plans for further stay in Poland; the possibility of learning the language at commercial courses (for example, at the university, at the workplace);
  • willingness to pass the certification exam.

 

Registration takes place via the online form. Registration is open from August 16 to August 28. The registration form can be filled in at the information and consultation points: Toruń, ul. Legions 15/1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 09.30 - 13.30, Thursday: 10.00 - 18.00; Bydgoszcz, Administration of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, ul. Konarsky 1-3, building C, 2nd floor, room no. 136: Monday, Thursday, Friday: 08.00 - 14.00, Tuesday: 12.00 - 18.00. The results of the registration will be announced on August 31 at 17.00 (via e-mail).
